CHECK-IN TIME is 4:00 P.M. ET and CHECK-OUT TIME is 10:00 A.M. ET. 

Check-in and check-out times must be enforced unless Owner has explicitly agreed in writing to an early check-in or a late check-out. A late check-out fee of $50 payable to the cleaning service may be deducted from the security deposit due to an unscheduled late check-out.

Ground Floor / Kudzu’s Cottage Rental Fees:
We have a 3-night minimum but Owner may refuse to rent just the ground floor Cottage due to demand for renting the whole house during the summer and near holidays.  Please email Owner if seeking to rent for less than three days or for an extended stay in the spring, fall or winter.  We permit dogs at no additional rental fee.

Fall 2017: For stays between September 1 and November 17, 2017 the rate is $175/night and the weekly rate (7 nights) is $1,100.

Winter 2017- 2018: For stays between November 18, 2017 and January 1, 2018, the rate is $145/night and the weekly rate (7 nights) is $900

Winter 2018: For stays between January 2 and March 1, 2018, the rate is $135/night and the weekly rate (7 nights) is $800. 

Early Spring 2018: For stays between March 2 and March 31, 2018, the rate is $145/night and the weekly rate (7 nights) is $900.

Mid Spring 2018: For stays between April 1 and April 26, 2018, the rate is $165/night and the weekly rate (7 nights) is $1,000.

Late Spring 2018: For stays between April 28 and May 25, 2018, the rate is $195/night and the weekly rate (7 nights) is $1,200. 

Summer 2018: Owner reserves the right to refuse to rent the ground floor Cottage independent of the whole house between May 25 and September 9, 2018.  If Owner agrees to do so, the rate would be $250/night and the weekly rate (7 nights) would be $1,600. 

*Regardless of the time of year, the cleaning fee is $90.00 and the refundable damage deposit is $100.

  • Optional linen service is available for $50.00 which includes all beds made, towel sets put out for five people, paper towels and toilet paper to get you started for your stay.
  • Provide your own beach gear, laundry and soap supplies.

Check-in is 4 pm.
Check-out is 10 am.

The rental agreement spells out the rates and terms for rentals. Your booking is not confirmed until you have paid the deposit, sent the owner the agreement and the owner has confirmed the rental via email. Payment can be made by check to owner (address is in agreement) or on this site by clicking “Pay Now” and using PayPal.
